It's That Time of the Year Again.....

IT's that time of the year again
When you rack your brains thinking of Christmas presents
It's very simple for all you men
But more complicated are a woman's sentiments

It's that time of the year again
A chance to catch up with family
The season for giving to others
Carols fill the air with Celestial Harmony

It’s that time of year again
Watch out for that spontaneous Mistletoe
Where did it come from, where did it go
You wouldn’t want to end up kissing a hoe…

It's that time of the year again
Sliding down a snowy hill
Roasting chestnuts on the fire
It takes away the chill

It's that time of the year again
For most people, a time of joy
Colorfully lit houses lining the streets
But others just try to avoid

It’s that time of the year again
There are those who say Bah Humbug to it
Steal from the poor, make themselves rich
Black hearts, greedy spirits

It's that time of the year again
Be grateful for what you have
For those who are less fortunate
Would be lucky to even get a hat

It’s that time of the year again
Run your troubles off the track
Throw your needless worries out the window
Get the pesky monkeys off your back

It’s that time of the year again
Let all the fighting cease
Give your differences a breather
And declare a time of peace

It’s that time of the year again
Don’t let angry feelings spoil the time you have to spend
Silence all your inner critics
With your conscience make amends

It’s that time of the year again
Filled with family, food and friends
So allow yourself some happiness
It's Christmas time again!
